Bioinspired Engineering looks at processes, principles, and features that natural systems possess and borrow them to design new materials, processes, and systems that can deliver new science and engineering solutions to different technological challenges. In particular, we use bioinspired engineering to approach chemical engineering problems in environment, energy, medicine, and process industries.
